আমাদের গল্প ২০২০ সালে গাজীপুর জেলার কালীগঞ্জ থানার জাঙ্গালিয়া ইউনিয়নের আজমতপুর গ্রামে যাত্রা শুরু হয় তাজুল ইসলাম একাডেমির। স্থানীয় শিশুদের মানসম্পন্ন ও মূল্যবোধভিত্তিক শিক্ষার সুযোগ করে দেওয়ার স্বপ্ন থেকেই এই প্রতিষ্ঠান গড়ে ওঠে। প্রি থেকে দশম শ্রেণি পর্যন্ত দুই শতাধিক শিক্ষার্থী এবং ১৫ থেকে ২০ জন অভিজ্ঞ শিক্ষক নিয়ে আমরা প্রতিদিন এগিয়ে চলেছি। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, কেবল পাঠ্যপুস্তকের জ্ঞানই প্রকৃত শিক্ষা নয় — একজন শিক্ষার্থীর পূর্ণ মানবিক বিকাশেই আসল শিক্ষার সার্থকতা।
আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, একজন শিক্ষক কেবল তথ্য সরবরাহকারী নন — তিনি একজন পথপ্রদর্শক, যিনি প্রতিটি শিশুর সহজাত সম্ভাবনাকে চিনতে ও বিকশিত করতে সাহায্য করেন। তাই আমাদের শিক্ষক নির্বাচনে একাডেমিক যোগ্যতার পাশাপাশি সমান গুরুত্ব পায় তাঁর মূল্যবোধ, ধৈর্য ও শিশুদের প্রতি ভালোবাসা।
